FinDict is built as a real offline dictionary with linked entries, usage notes, examples, history, favorites, and growing language pairs. If something is broken, missing, unclear, or worth improving, this is the right place.
FinDict is designed as a navigable dictionary rather than a flat word list. The goal is to make Finnish and nearby language pairs more useful, more connected, and less dry than a typical lookup tool.

If you are contacting support about a specific entry, include the word and direction
such as FI→RU or RU→FI.
Use the support form for missing entries, bad examples, wrong translations, UI issues, and general suggestions.
FinDict stores local user state such as history and favorites on the device. The app may also collect lightweight product analytics and feedback signals in order to improve dictionary coverage, entry quality, and navigation.
FinDict is still growing. New updates may expand dictionary coverage, deepen article quality, improve examples and usage notes, add new language pairs, and introduce features such as exporting favorites in multiple formats.
